Trade Customer Information, Terms & Conditions

Only approved Trade Customers are able to view Trade Catalogues. Trade Customers must first sign-in to view Trade prices. Please note, until signed-in,  only retail priced collections will be accessible. 

Apply for a Trade Account or Request a Trade Information Pack

Please complete 'Trade Application Form'. We will then review and be in touch to set up an account. You must be a retail business with a physical premises or a relevant online reseller. Once approved, new Trade accounts remain active, approved and accessible for a two week period without any orders being placed. Should this time elapse please reapply via the Trade Application Form

Stockist Exclusivity 

We consider ‘Stockist Exclusivity’ on a case by case basis. In our effort to be fair, we aim to supply a single retailer within a reasonable proximity of a shopping area. These terms are valid for 6 months from the last order, at which point they will be reassessed.

Trade Packaging Options

In an effort to go “plastic free” all of our cards and envelopes come held together with an eco-seal as standard. However, we understand that this is not suitable for all retail environments, so we can instead supply the cards in biodegradable cellos. Please ensure you add you choice to your order.

Trade Pricing & Minimum Orders

Trade prices are available upon request.

All cards are sold and priced in packs of 6.

Our minimum order is £80. 

All products are supplied at current online prices. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment

As we are a small independent business, all of our orders are accepted on a pro-forma basis only. Orders are payable in full online at the time of ordering. 

We accept the following methods of payment: AMEX, Apple Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Visa.

All of our products are firm sale - we are unable to offer products on a sale or return basis.

Discounts

Only one discount offer can be applied at a time. A minimum spend of £120 after discount is still required to receive free carriage.

Trade Shipping & Carriage

For UK mainland customers, carriage is paid on orders of £120 and over. Anything below £120 will be charged at £10.

For any customers based in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Shetland Isles, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight carriage is free on orders of £150 and over. Shipping below this amount will be calculated at checkout and included on your invoice. 

We aim to ship your order within 7 working days. We shall not be held liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control.

Trade Returns & Discrepancies

As we run on a print-to-order basis, unless the products are damaged or faulty, we are unable to accept returns. Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of receiving them along with photographic evidence. Any shortages or discrepancies must be notified to us within 48 hours of you receiving your order via email to peonyandpangolin@gmail.com.
