Only approved Trade Customers are able to view trade catalogues. Trade Customers must first sign-in to view Trade prices. Please note, until signed-in, only retail priced collections will be accessible.
All trade applicants must be a retail business with a physical premises or a relevant online reseller. Once trade applications are approved, they remain active, approved and accessible for a two-week period without any orders being placed. Should this time elapse applicants should reapply via the trade application form.

We consider ‘Stockist Exclusivity’ on a case-by-case basis. To be fair to existing trade customers, we aim to supply a single retailer within a reasonable proximity of a shopping area. These terms are valid for 6 months from the last order, at which point they will be reassessed.
In an effort to go “plastic free", all of our cards come without packing as standard, However, we understand that this is not suitable for all retail environments, so we can supply the cards with eco-seals or eco- cellos on request. Please ensure to add your choice to your order.
Trade Pricing & Minimum Orders
Our minimum order is £80.
All products are supplied at current online prices. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
As we are a small independent business, first orders are accepted on a pro-forma basis only. Orders are payable in full before they can be processed. Following that we can discuss the option of setting up a credit account where payment will be due in full within 30 days of making your order. Orders over £500 on a credit basis may be asked to provide a trade reference.
We accept the following methods of payment: AMEX, Apple Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Visa.
All of our products are firm sale - we are unable to offer products on a sale or return basis.
Only one discount offer can be applied at a time. A minimum spend of £120 after discount is still required to receive free delivery.
Trade Shipping & delivery
For UK mainland customers, delivery is free on orders of £120 and over. Anything below £120 will be charged at £12.
For any customers based in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Shetland Isles, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight Delivery is free on orders of £150 and over. Orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout and included on your invoice.
We aim to ship your order within 7 working days. We are not liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control.

Trade Returns & Discrepancies
As we run on a print-to-order basis, unless the products are damaged or faulty, we are unable to accept returns. Damaged or faulty products must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of receiving them along with photographic evidence. Any shortages or discrepancies must be notified to us within 48 hours of you receiving your order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
